Vacant property inspections

A popular choice during 2020 and 2021, vacant property inspections are sometimes necessary for insurance purposes.

Our operatives can visit site to check that the property is secure, inspect for leaks, and that all electrical, mechanical and security systems are operating as they should be.

Whilst on property, our operative can also perform routine maintenance, including L8 water safety tasks and fire safety checks.

Holiday cover, additional site support & quality control
