Emergency maintenance covers all assets on site that could breakdown, such as:
Electrical Systems - power, lighting, and BMS
Mechanical systems - leaks, loss of water supply, loss of heating and/or hot water, drainage.
Fire & Life Safety systems - system faults and/or failures, nuisance alarms
Building fabrics - health & safety risks, broken glass, floods, structural damage,
Access and Security - system and/or components failures, nuisance alarms
On arrival, our standard operating procedure (SOP) is always to mitigate risk, ensure health and safety compliance and attempt to find a safe solution. Depending on the nature of the problem, immediate repairs may not always be possible. If this is the case, our operatives will prioritise the health, safety and well being of staff, residents, visitors and members of the public. Following any visit to site, a full electronic report will be provided detailing work completed and, if required, a proposal for any remedial work.
